Super excited about this set of images. Why? Because sometimes plans do not always go as you want and you have to be ready to produce on the spot. We had only 45 minutes of usable light for this session. I like photos to feel real… to show personality and relationship. Most of the time this takes a while to get to as people need to warm up and get comfortable with the camera. With very little time and light left we needed to be able to move quickly without setting up cumbersome lights to get the variety of images I envisioned for this shoot. The goal is not perfect images… but real images that capture the couple in a way that sheds light on who they are right now at this time in their life. This was one of those sessions that left me very satisfied and was one of my favorite engagement shoots of the year! Very little time but we were able to get a wide variety of images that show the sweetness of their relationship.
